Glad you found my site! Now I want you to know that I am working on my site at the same time as you are developing yours. The cool thing is that I will be able to give you all of your assignments on this site, saving you time as soon as you get to class! Eventually, I'll have the site completed, but for the meanwhile, head to the link concerning Options 7! I'll talk to you there!





































What's Up In Munro's World?

During the week of March 25, 2002:

Grade 7 Science is currently studying forces.Gravity...don't let that apple hit you in the head!

Grade 9 Science is learning about heat.Radiation...to be specific!

Chem 20 is completing Chemical Bonding before the Easter Break! Better know tha stereochemistry!

Chem 30 is wrapping up Chemical Kinetics and will complete the Iodine Clock experiment this week...so you better be prepared! Test will be on Wednesday after the break, so don't forget to study!

Options 7 are working on their web sites!

Mailbox, Rotating, Opening & Closing

Here I might mention a story in the news that pertains to my subject and solicit opinions from the class. Or I might ask a question about material we covered in class, for example:

This week we read a great short story. If you could be any of the characters in this story, which would you be and why?

I'll post the answers on the "Class Bulletin Board" page.

A class web site can be a creative way of getting students excited about a subject, keeping them up to date on assignments, and providing them with valuable online resources. Because a class site should be engaging, I'll present information that makes the subject interesting and fun, such as brain teasers or polls about current events. Of course, I'll want to include plenty of links so students can explore a wealth of ideas on the web.

Here are examples of the content I might include.

Don't forget, we're taking a trip to the Museum of Fine Arts on March 22. You won't need to bring a lunch, but you must have your permission slip signed and with you when you get on the bus.
